How to Use Our Dropshipping Service

To send your art print, greeting card, or postcard order directly to your customer, simply click on the dropshipping button when you place your order and make sure to add your customer’s address at checkout. We will send the order directly to your customer and email you the tracking information too.

  • Turnaround Time

    Our usual turnaround on art prints is 3-5 business days to print and ship your order, although larger orders may take longer.

  • Urgent Orders

    Please let us know if you have an urgent order, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

  • Shipping Solutions

    We work with a portfolio of couriers for the best solution for your shipping. We have an express shipping option should your customer’s order be in a rush. 

Custom Packaging and Branding Options

We can include your branded cards, labels, packing slips, and other marketing materials inside your parcels, just select the relevant upgrades during checkout or contact us to arrange bespoke options. If you need your art prints delivered flat, choose the “Cello Bag & Board” upgrade; most sizes can be shipped flat, but anything larger than 20x27.5” or A1 must be sent in a tube to prevent any potential damage during transit.
