Drop Ship to Your Customers 

At Grace’s Giclée we can act as a fulfilment centre for artists and illustrators who sell their art prints and postcards through their online store, Etsy Shop, NOTHS store, Faire and any other retail or wholesale platform. We offer the option to add drop shipping to your order, so you can send your customer’s order directly to their door. Through drop shipping with Grace’s Giclée, you save time and money by sending your order straight to your customer for a small additional charge, and we will also deal with any potential loss or damages.

To send your art print, greeting card or postcard order directly to your customer, simply click on the drop shipping button when you place your order and make sure to add your customer’s address at checkout! We will send the order directly to your customer and email you the tracking information too.

Our usual turnaround on art prints is 3-5 business days to print and ship your order, although larger orders may take longer. Please let us know if you have an urgent order and we will do our best to meet your deadline. We work with a portfolio of couriers together with Royal Mail for the best solution for your shipping. We have an express shipping option should your customer’s order be in a rush.

As you build your business with us, we can include your brand cards, labels, packing slips or marketing material within your parcels. Make sure to add all custom packaging upgrades during the order process by ticking the relevant boxes. Need your art prints to be delivered flat? Choose the "Cello Bag & Board" upgrade during the order process. We can ship most art print sizes flat however anything larger than 20x27.5” or A1 can only be sent in a tube due to potential damage risks. 5x7", A6, A5 & A4 size and postcards are sent flat. 

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs to countries are indicated at check out. Please note additional shipping costs may apply for some international locations and for large orders or very large packages.
